How to fix the 'Not Found' Error
Important Note: Before trying browser-specific solutions, ensure that:
- Your camera and microphone are properly connected
- No other application is currently using your camera/microphone
- You're accessing the page via HTTPS (WebRTC requires secure context)
Please select your operating system or browser:
Windows
1. Windows Camera Permissions:
- Press Win+ I to open Settings
- Click on Privacy & Security
- Select Camera in the App permissions section
- Ensure Camera access is turned On
- Enable Let apps access your camera
- Check that your browser is allowed in the app list
2. Windows Microphone Permissions:
- Go back to Privacy & Security
- Select Microphone
- Ensure Microphone access is turned On
- Enable Let apps access your microphone
- Check that your browser is allowed in the app list
3. Device Manager Check:
- Right-click Start → Device Manager
- Expand Imaging devices and Audio inputs and outputs
- Check for yellow warning icons
- Right-click and update drivers if needed
Mac
1. System Camera Permissions:
- Apple menu → System Settings
- Click Privacy & Security
- Select Camera"
- Ensure your browser is checked
2. System Microphone Permissions:
- Stay in Privacy & Security
- Select Microphone
- Ensure your browser is checked
3. Check System Report:
- Apple menu → About This Mac
- Click System Report
- Check Camera and Audio sections for any issues
